1. No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chance of winning.
2. Promoter
Coastal Symphony of Georgia, PO Box 21733, St. Simons Island, GA 31522. info@coastalsymphonyofgeorgia.org, 912-634-2006.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees, board members, and contractors of the Coastal Symphony of Georgia, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
4. The series
Four separate drawings will be held across Season 44, one for each concert. The entry period and closing date for each drawing are published with that drawing's post. Drawing one opens September 15, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET and closes September 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
5. How to enter
To enter, you must complete all four of the following during the entry period: (a) like the official giveaway post on the Coastal Symphony of Georgia Facebook page or Instagram account; (b) follow the Coastal Symphony of Georgia on both Facebook and Instagram; (c) be subscribed to the Coastal Symphony of Georgia email list; and (d) tag the person you would bring in the comments on that post. Entrants must remain following both accounts and subscribed through the drawing date. If a drawn winner is following one account but not the other, the promoter may ask them to follow the second account before the prize is awarded. Each separate comment tagging a different person counts as one additional entry. Tagging the same person repeatedly, tagging accounts that do not exist, or any tagging intended to manipulate the drawing will be disqualified.
6. Email subscription
Existing subscribers to the Coastal Symphony of Georgia email list qualify without any further action. New subscribers may join free of charge at [signup link]. Subscription is free, no purchase is required, and subscribers may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing after a drawing has taken place does not affect a prize already awarded.
7. Alternate method of entry
Entries may also be submitted by email to info@coastalsymphonyofgeorgia.org during the entry period, stating the entrant's name and the person they would bring. Email entries receive one entry each and are pooled with social media entries for the drawing.
8. Prize
Each drawing awards one prize of two (2) tickets — one for the winner and one for a guest of their choosing — to one specified Season 44 concert at the Center for the Arts at the College of Coastal Georgia, 7 Mariner Way. Approximate retail value of each prize: up to $350 per pair. Seats are assigned at the sole discretion of the Coastal Symphony of Georgia; the winner cannot select seats and no specific seating location is guaranteed. Prizes have no cash value, will not be exchanged for cash or credit, and are non-transferable, non-resalable, and may not be auctioned or offered for compensation. All transport to and from the venue, parking, dining, and any other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest. The Coastal Symphony of Georgia may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
9. One prize per person
A person may enter each drawing in the series but may win only once. Entrants who have already won a prize in this series are excluded from subsequent drawings.
10. Winner selection and notification
One winner is selected at random from all eligible entries on the date stated in that drawing's post, and contacted by direct message from the official Coastal Symphony of Georgia accounts only. The winner must respond and confirm acceptance within forty-eight hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within that period, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn at the promoter's discretion.
11. Tax
Each prize is valued at less than $600 and the Coastal Symphony of Georgia will not issue a Form 1099. Any tax liability arising from a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.
12. Fulfillment
Tickets are issued in the winner's name and claimed at will call at the venue with photo identification. Tickets will not be mailed or transferred electronically to a third party.
13. Changes to a performance
If a concert is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled for any reason, the promoter's sole obligation is to offer the winner admission to a comparable Season 44 performance, subject to availability. No refund or alternative compensation will be provided.
14. Fraud warning
The Coastal Symphony of Georgia will never request payment, bank details, or card information in connection with this giveaway. Our only official accounts are facebook.com/coastalsymphonyofgeorgia and @coastalsymphonyga on Instagram. Any other account claiming to represent this giveaway is fraudulent and should not be responded to.
15. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the promoter to use the winner's first name, last initial, and social media handle for promotional purposes without further compensation.
16. Privacy
Entrant information is handled in accordance with the promoter's privacy policy, linked in the footer of coastalsymphonyofgeorgia.org, and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
17. Release
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless the Coastal Symphony of Georgia, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any liability arising from participation in this promotion or from acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize.
18. Platform disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. Entrants provide their information to the Coastal Symphony of Georgia and not to Meta, and completely release Meta in connection with this promotion.
19. General
The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these terms, or acts in a manner it deems disruptive. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
